Silvertip EcoTours was the first licensed grizzly viewing operator on the province. We are the only operator in the areas you will visit. The bears are not habituated to people or machinery and our group sizes are kept small to ensure minimal environmental impact. In addition to our Grizzly Bear Tours we offer incredible journeys exploring untouched coastal rivers by jet boat. We also take people to remote coastal hot springs and we are fully licensed to take people into the largest intact coastal temperate rainforest in the world.

Silvertip Eco-tours has been offering catch & release fly fishing in Northern British Columbia, Canada since 1998. Operating out of Terrace, we fly fish a variety of systems ranging from the world famous Skeena and Kalum Rivers to remote coastal systems where only the most adventurous anglers have fished.

The owners of Silvertip Eco-tours are Fred Seiler and Greg Knox and have over 40 years of fly fishing experience between them. Experienced in fly fishing with both conventional one - handed fly rods for salmon, steelhead and trout and the two handed spey rods for the larger King salmon. Silvertip Eco-tours provides hands on professional guiding, catering to the individual client needs. Casting instruction and presentation methods are offered to increase your personal knowledge and potential in the fly-fishing field.
